Intro:
The Nuremberg Laws were a series of laws put out by the Nazi party in the mid 1930s. The Germans believed they were superior to all other parties in the world, such as; Jews, Communists, homosexuals, or anyone different or threatening the power of the Nazi party. The Laws allowed for the open discrimination of Jews. They instilled fear into the Jews and took away any rights they had. It was a major step towards the Holocaust, a mass genocide and one of the greatest atrocities in history. All people of the world are responsible for allowing these laws to be enacted, therefore taking away the rights of the Jewish people and enabling the aforementioned atrocities.
There were two parts of the Nuremberg Laws:
1. The law for Protection of German Blood and German Honour
2. The Reich of Citizenship Law
